Peter Fragale

Peter first visited St. Augustine in 1988 and was immediately hooked — the Bridge of Lions, the bay, the fort, the beach. He became a part-time resident, then relocated full-time in 2001 after a long career in information technology with Pan Am Airlines and later as a regional software manager in Atlanta.

After opening a café in midtown St. Augustine, Peter joined New World Realty and then Walter Williams Property Management. In May 2024, Peter and Jason launched Bridge of Lions Realty & Consulting — bringing their full team and two decades of client relationships with them. His corporate, entrepreneurial, and interpersonal experience shapes every client relationship.

Peter and his wife Mary love scuba diving in exotic locations and traveling the world.

Jason Fragale

Originally drawn to real estate through architecture and design, Jason began rehabbing classic homes in New York, Georgia, and Florida before joining Peter at Walter Williams Properties in 2004. Together they grew that business ten-fold over 20 years, navigating hurricanes, a pandemic, booms, and downturns. In May 2024 they founded Bridge of Lions Realty & Consulting, carrying their full client base and experience into the new firm.

Dawn Sealy-Fragale

Dawn entered real estate in 2009 and co-founded a successful multi-state property investment, rehab, and flipping company with area-record high sales across the Southeast and Midwest. Her hands-on investment experience gives her a uniquely practical perspective on what owners need.
